I was infected by sality virus, I used a removal tool to desinfect it but now EXCEL does not work and other EXE files, CANT install KAV 2011, I use some remote control SOFTWARE TO MANAGE this computer, if you see anyplacecontrol software is OK, thanks
Close/unload all the programs
Switch off:
- Antivirus and, if you have - Firewall.
