Random Pop Ups and false security program starting up

I'm getting random pop ups, and my window's security notifications are going wild. Will not let me install the Kaspersky internet security 2011 I just bought from best buy. Automatically brings up false trial of a security program.

1. Please, disable System Restore and antivirus (if you have).
2. Execute this script in AVPTool:

3. After reboot execute this script in AVPTool:

Upload file quarantine.zip, by link [url]http://virusinfo.info/upload_virus.php?tid=87765[/url]

4. Make a new log of AVPTool in normal mode.

and once I was done I got this message.


Manual Disinfection: unable to start tasks. error code: 99c63001.

Read the [URL="http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184"]rules[/URL] and make 3 logfiles (syscure, syscheck, hijackthis).
