please help

My computer doesn't work normaly, i can't open the sessions. he's paralysed. I have start in "without echec mode", avast have been stopped and can protect the computer, i have scan it with spybot, hijack and finaly kasperky because i don't know and to correct the problems with spybot ans hijack. I attach the file scan report, please help me for doing the desinfection.
