AntivirusGT will not allow me to unistall

This program call AnitivirusGT will not allow me to uninstall it and it keeps poppin up on my screen and it will not allow me to install Microsoft Word.

I have loaded thre Kaspesky virus tool, now how do I send over files so viruse and malware can be removed from my system. I have followed the instructions but I guess I am missing a step. Please help.

As far as I understand, you don't know how to attach the logfile. This is how it should be done - press [IMG]http://virusinfo.info/images/buttonsen/reply.gif[/IMG] then attach the file, using this [IMG]http://virusinfo.info/images/editor/attach.gif[/IMG]. I hope that's clear enough.
