Virus can't be removed by Kaspersky

Hi

My antivirus found a virus today but Kaspersky can't remove it for some reason. Downloaded Virus removal and run search in safe mode but it didn't find anything. Please see attached.

Thanks for your reply. I have run it in normal mode as well but it didn't find anything; whereas kaspersky is still showing a virus.
