Erratic and Freezes

My computer has become extremely erratic, taking long periods of time to open programs, freezing up and then I have to hardboot it to get it runnig again. Kaspersky virus removal tool could only be loaded in safemode. I have run the program normal mode and it says in the report that there were 2 events. Where do I have to send the report? What kind of action can I take?
