My PC is infected by a malicious software

I downloaded an utility software and tried to install it. Even that I didn't finish the whole installation but my PC is infected by it.

And then wierd thing happed!!

Sound device is dead. Windows update is dead.
I can not install any antivirus software.
I tried to install Kaspersky 2010 but failed and KAV 2010 said the failure reason is my PC is infected .
