I have a Trojan in my computer

Hi, this the name of the virus that Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 found in my computer: HEUR: Trojan.Win32.StartPage. Kaspersky found that but cannot remove the virus. I have downlaod the Kaspersky Removal Tool and complete the scan, but nothing happens. :( I have send you the report analysis. Thank you
