Can't Install KIS Update - May Be Infected!

:rtfm: This is the log file created from the Virus Removal Tool scanning the system for a manual removal. Please review and let me know what to do.

I have been unable to install the KIS 2011 upgrade and the box that pops up says the system may be infected. The problem started with the installation of MAGIX PC Check and Tuning but may be from something else.
