al instalar el antivirus version 2011 me dice que tengo una infeccion grave y no se ejecuta el antivirus.

Thanks, but when you install the 2011 version autamaticamente you uninstall the 2010 version, do not think the error comes from spyboot

thanks, the case will not let me run any antivirus on-line, the explorer is blocked, and the KIS tells me "could not be installed because your computer may be infected seriously"

I tested Malwarebyte's Antimalware and the spyware doctor and none detected anything, I used the regcleaner and ccleaner, and tool and continues kavremover install while before giving an error and now even that.

I suppose you have any system problem, but I'm afraid we cannot diagnose it. Can you spring to the earliest point of system restore or have you just disabled it?
Spyware Doctor is a bullsh.. Pls. remove it.
