Computer slowness on startup

My computer infact it is an workstation having 4GB ram
It was good running workstation without having any problem.
But now when I start the PC windows has many problem in it some time the blue screen appears & resatrs automatically
Start up is very very slow
i have attached the system information gathered by kaspersky.
