got a virus while having symantec on my computer. uninstalled it to install kaspersky instead to get rid of the problem, but kaspersky does not allow installation now because of the virus infection. tried virus removal tool 2010 also, but still no use. i'll send the logfile of the virus removal results. hope you can help.
