How can I delete Win.32AutoRun.tmp

Forsten's, sorry for my English "Attempts".
Mi problems:
1) new tubs open spontaneosly in mozilla firefox
2) A few dais later the pc froze, and I had to re-start it
3) I found Win.32.AutoRun.tmp with Syboot S&D and deletet it, but it won't
go away
4) I tried to delete it manualy, (2 Days long) but i failed.
I tried also with Virus removal tool, but nada ,niente, nix, no way.
5)And now i'm traing to attach the report and the system information, but i don't can figure out how it works.
Thanks for your efforts and your patience, I hope somebody can help me.

Close/unload all the programs excepted AVZ and Internet Explorer

Switch off:
- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore

- Make a new log file of AVPTool

- Attach both logs to your new post..

Thank you for the fast reply, i traied to figure out what AVZ is and if it's includet in Kaspersky virus removal tool, but i found just a foreign webpage for download.I read the hole forum, but maybe i'm to inexpert.
And now i'm using firefox for browsing. Should i switch to microsoft e-explorer?

Hi Rene-gad, I'm ride back from scool. I can't download I-explorer 8 coz i got some minor truble with microsoft ;-) Can't we avoid that? and in case i need it, where do i find the specifics of E.O.?

Mir ist vor einiger zeit der rechner verstorben, und jezt komt es noch besser: Da hat mir mein onkel, der ein pc handel betreibt den jetzigen geschenkt.Und als ich windows abdaten wolte kahm die überaschung. ich binn grade in der meisterschule und sobald ich vertig binn komt was anständiges, und vor allem legales auf den tisch. Biss dahin schäme ich mich :-(

BTW: für einen neuen PC lohnt sich die Anschaffung der Win7 zu 100% (legale Version, selbstverständlich).
a) das System ist sehr stabil, man kann- dank UAC - nicht so viel Blödsinn damit anstellen.
b) man braucht keine Extra-Software mehr für die Datensicherung: Ein komplettes Systemabbild-Programm ab der Home Premium ist dabei.
c) eine 64bit Version sollte es schon sein: wegen großer Arbeitsspeicher und Rootkit-Immunität

Guter tip, vor kurzem hat mich schon mal jemand bekreftigt w7 zu kaufen.jezt werde ich das definitief so machen.Dann habe ich vieleicht ein par jare wirklich ruhe. Und nicht so ein reinfall wie es fiele mit vista hatten. Vie sit es bei w7 mit der privaci aus? kann mann das selber gut entscheiden, oder bedient sich microsoft einfach an den persönlichen daten wie es anscheinend appol tut.
Apropo...wie get es eigentlich mit meinem ungeliebten haustier weiter? :-)

sorgen machen mir weniger persönliche informationen, sondern eher so gesellschaftsprofiele die politik oder industrie fileicht zu gezieltere gedanken oder gesellschaftsmanipulation nutzen könten.Aber du hast recht, solche datenmengen sind zur zeit noch gar nicht richtig auswertbar.
Also, ich mache noch mal ein scan, und berichte...

Köntest du mir noch sagen vie ich meine externe festplatte reinigen kann? oder ewentuuel auch löschen wenn das einfacher ist.Da ist mein beckup drauf, und ich könte es ja dan neu aufspielen.Kann ich sie annschliesen und löschen ohne das ich das biest gleich wieder auf dem rechner habe?
