Вирусы тормозят систему

Система стала тормозить очень сильно, практически сразу после запуска.
Просканировал, довольно много вирусов. Как их удалить, антивирус не удаляет некоторые?

Закройте все программы
Отключите
- ПК от интернета/локалки.
- Антивирус и Файрвол

- Повторите логи.
