worm/conficker.z keep poping out of no where to sys32 directory

I formated hard disk C:\ lately but the worm.conficker.z.57 is still active, it seems as if it was in the system volume of the hard disk D.
I run safe mode and make a complete system scan, a virus was found in temporary internet file, when i delete it, itlle keep poping out of no where.
Every couple of hours I got a notation that avira blocked access to sys32 directory. something like C:\WINDOWS\system\x blocked.
Ide like for my pc to become clean again, i suspect an email address is sending this virus from a zombie PC. Its a downaup virus after all, it propagate through duplicating it self to all the contact list on an email address.

Microsoft stopped any support of Windows XP SP2. Install SP3, all updates and IE 8.

ille install sp3, but cant u give me any solution with sp2 paltform or what ??
is there any way to remove it manualy.
plz note that ive tried Norton removal tool:

it kills two proccess
fix 5 registry entries

but the problem still exist
i still have the stupid worm in my pc
