I have an infection that i can't find or heal.

It started by not getting able to use the internet. I tried to instal an antivirus and i took one from my dc network. then the virus came in and since then i couldn't install kaspersky or eset nod32. i could install avg antivirus hardly because my internet connection keeps failing but it won't find any virus. I can;t use any online scan because it closes my connection. Also, programs from windows stopped responding like search, audio driver, etc.

Microsoft stops any support of Windows XP SP2 and IE 6.
You have to install Service Pack 3, all subsequent updates and IE8 even if you don't use it for surfing.
