Hi I currently have this installed on my computer [IMG]http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif[/IMG]
When I try to remove it with Kaspersky internet security 2010 it says:
"Disinfection is not possible, reason: is used by another application, unblock and select action"
If someone could offer some assistance I'd be extremely grateful, system info report attached.

- Repeat a log file of AVPTool.
