Malware "jufagp.dll"?

When turning on my PC and booting up, I repeatedly get a message as follows:

"The application or dll "C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Application Data\Windows Server\jufagp.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

When I select "OK", I can continue using my PC but this message appears again periodically. I'm not sure what prompts the message to appear though.
