check my new instalation

So i last posted about my computer having lots of problems. After my last post my computer completely stopped responding with in hours. Which always happens over the last 6months.

But now i just want to check my new installation in hopes that i will not have to reinstall my computer in a week from now. Attached are the logs required. I have noticed that i may have one virus on here -- msconfig.exe , hidden in start up. If i look in Msconfig startup, the .exe file doesn't appear. But when i look at the start up with Ccleaner, it appears in its list of startup items

I see nothing suspicious. msconfig is a system file but it's not necessary by startup.
