virus will not let me connext to the internet

Hello,
I have a virus that will not let me connect to the internet. I have Vista and ATT uverse. All other computers in house are able to connect to internet. I downloaded the virus scan and uploaded it onto the infected computer. I downloaded the report and have uploaded it here. Thank you.

I found nothing suspicious. Try to reset your network settings.
