Also I would like to ask for a recommended free protection on software installed and running. What would be the best protection combination for Windows Xp 32bit?
My current one is:

Check your system with CureIt in Safe Mode.
-
I tried last night run CureIt in safe Mode when I woke up today in the morning the cumputer was froze and the scan stuck in the middle of the process..HD lights on and no sound of HD activity.
The computer do not show more symptoms of infection.
No more redirecting on internet browsers.
Is it possible to declare the computer is "clear"?
Thanks for your time.!
