virus removal

I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 installed in my laptop. It is showing the laptop is infected by 1 virus and 12 malware and riskwares. but doesn't prompts for any action to disinfect them. I scanned with Kas Virus Removal tool. I have attached the report. pls let me know how to remove thw viruses.

What a malware was found? The log is clean.

In the report, it is showing-

Virus HEUR:Trojan.Script.Iframer
Adware.Win32.Shopper.I
Malicious URL: [url]hxxxp://61.4.82.212/js.php[/url]
