The problem still exist.
After run Malware bytes I have the same message:
[COLOR=Magenta]C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\c.ini (Trojan.Agent) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\desktops.ini (Trojan.Agent) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.[/COLOR]
What can I do ?
Sorry about my english.

According to our database are these files clean :) It could be possible, that they contains any malicious signature, but they are not really dangerous.
