I need help reading the logs.

I downloaded microsoft essentials yesterday, was unable to get the security updates all installed, long going problem.
Computer kept freezing. I tried a million times to run the Kaspersky Virus Removal, it finally ran but I don't know how to read the logs and figure them out. It said send report, and I arrived here.
It looks like I have remote acess to my computer and I see an IP that doesn't belong to me, and a long list of" host" files with some porn links. I don't know if those are on my computer? Or those are what the Kaspersky checked for?
I saved the report and saved the hijack this report.
