Rootkit/Malware infection detected

Hi, My name is Pierre and scans have detected Rootkit/Malware on my system.

a) First, GMER detected something in the Root.

b) Second, a Google search directed me here.

c) I followed the "Before you Post' guide".

d) The requested log files are attached to the post.
