Internet security won't open

Right, for some reason, I cannot get my Kapersky Internet Security 2010 to open for some reason and for some reason the windows advanced security center with security antivirus etc has replaced it and I scanned it and it said there was no threats but when I scanned for a bit with the kapersky removal tool, there were threats detected so I just want to see from this report if there is anything that can be done to remove the threats and get my internet security to run properly again. - Install Service Pack 3 + all subsequent inportant patches.
- Repeat a log file of AVPTool
- Upload the C:\quarantine.zip here: [url]http://virusinfo.info/upload_virus_eng.php?tid=73780[/url]
- Make a log file with Malwarebytes Antimalware and attach it.

I did the stuff you asked me to do and the good news is that it has come back and can open it up again but the problem is now that it won't update now because it says I don't have enough rights for file operation. I don't know what that means exactly.

Also attached are the files asked for. Thanks for the help but require more to get it properly working again.

Actually, its alright now since it just seemed to update itself without that problem happening again so all is well again, giving a full scan to see if there is any threats still there. Thanks for the help. Let me know from those logs if there is still anything that needs to be dealt with thanks.
