opudux.exe !!!

I've downloaded virus removal tool 2010 and full scaned my computer but it couldn't delete " Opudux.exe " . my registry is down :( . i couldn't swtich too see hidden files and i could n't even search ! >:( ! the big problem is i couldn't instal any anti virus ! macafee , avast and so on ....

plz help since i hate f disk or reinstalling windows !

my windows is Xp service pack 2
