AVZ is closed or freezes

When I mark "standard scripts" and "Advanced system analysis with malware removal mode enabled" in AVZ antiviral toolkit, the program freezes (Windows normal mode) or is simply closed in Windows safe mode.
I used this program because there were some problems with frequent blue screens and I didn't find any problem in my hardware or drivers.
