computer crashed !!

My computer is infected with a virus, I can't run any exe files in normal mode and a message keeps poping that a password stealing software is trying to access my computer.

I run KasperSky and it found 11 Trojans resolved 3 of them and was unable to resolve the remaining 8.

- Repeat a log file of AVPTool.
- Make a log file with Hijackthis ([URL="http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184"] Analysis, p.3 [/URL] for further informations).
- Attach both logs to your new post..

Well I did run the scripts and the AP tool again , but I couldn't install the Hijack this As I keep getting a message that the system Admin. has set policies to prevent this installation(although I am the admin).

I attached the AP log file and the quarantine.zip.

Install Internet Explorer 8.
Install the last version of Adobe Reader.
Install the last version of Java Runtime Environment.
