Incognito Virus/Malware

Hi,

My ZoneAlarm internet firewall had blocked incognito.exe out streams.
I verify in the task manager and i see incognito.exe.

I try to verify with regedit but no entries for this program.

I think it is a malware/trojan/virus but i don't know how to remove it.

- Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool [URL="http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B315246&x=17&y=6"]cleanmgr[/URL] or [URL="http://www.ccleaner.com/"]CCleaner[/URL] or [URL="http://www.clearprog.de/"]ClearProg[/URL]
- Close all the programs and start only Internet Explorer!!!
- Repeat a log file of AVPTool.
- Make a log file with Hijackthis ([URL="http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184"] Analysis, p.3 [/URL] for further informations).
- Switch Antivirus and, if you have - Firewall, on.
- Go On-Line
- Attach both logs to your new post..

Hi Rene-gad,

Very, very good job.
In fact, you'll see that there are no more "bad" files in the quarantine files because i use my favorite linux distro and saw those bad files in the recycle bin and tmp directories, so i removed them.

Thank you for your job, that's great.

Just a question :
i use to run ESET NOD32, ZoneAlarm Pro and CCleaner for years, so what ? Is these softwares are bad, what is the good solution ?
