worm sdbot

My computer is infected by the worm sdbot. I need help to clean the computer. Thanks.

Disable System restore
Remove the 2.nd antivirus program.
Remove [URL="http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=42263"]Bonjour[/URL]
Install Service Pack 3, all important updates, Internet Explorer 8.
Repeat the log file.
