error code 1316

i am unable to install KIS due to error code 1316 . please find attached hijackthis log & GetSystemInfo log . please advise me further .

Please, read the [URL="http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184"]rules[/URL] and make 3 logfiles (syscure, syscheck, hijackthis).
