error 1304

Hi there.
Since yesterday i've had a problem with Kaspersky 2009, it wouldn't run or update saying the bases were out of date. The error that came up was that the rollback was corupt and I should run CHKDSK, I did that and it said it was ok.
I uninstalled Kaspersky and tried reinstalling, that was when the error 1304 came up.

here is the AVZ log, i couldn't update it before running.I hope I have done this correctly.
I'd greatly apprecaiated any help.
