Browser self launching also in my desktop

Hallo,
you helped me definively with my laptop few days ago, now I'm experiencing the same problem with my desktop.
The thing is that the pc got slower time by time and the browser Firefox use to start witout my command opening some commercial pages like "medicatales" or "business news" or also "mainstories".

I followed next your instructions:
Kaspersky healed 4 infections also in this case and avz and hijack gave the results I'm attaching.

1. Please, disable System Restore and antivirus (if you have).
2. Execute this script in AVZ:
