Virus Rootkit.win32agent.aago in "system32/drivers" can not be removed

I have a virus, that I can not remove.
Avast aswell as Kaperskys virus removal tool points out file to be virus, but can not remove it.

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\erwrbnx.sys" can not be removed with the manual methods i have tried.
If i try to remove it manually with explorer i get an error "Can not read from source or disk".
And if i try the same from safe boot I get error with something about a driver that is failing.

Killbox does not seem to help.
