Problemes with Kasperskt and Internet explorer

I have problemes with kasperky internet securuty and anti virus, i can't activate the program and never can't update it and the program tell me that it can't connect to the sever[/B][B][SIZE=5][COLOR=Blue]

I followed your steps one by one but There is no significant result....
I have disablesd system restoration and kaspersky internet security 9.0.0.736 and I have exeucted the script in avp tool,the PC reboot automatically,then I have executed the second script but the Zip file which it's name quarantine is empty.

Make new logs.
