Two cd drives displayed

I have a single dvd drive and no other iso softwares... But my system shows 2 cd drives in "my computer".... and there are many processess like svc host which dump my system... Could i get a solution for the above problems....

1. Please, disable System Restore and antivirus (if you have).
2. Execute this script in AVPTool:
