Please, download the actual version of AVPTool and make a new log.
Following the new log.
1. Please, disable System Restore and antivirus (if you have).
2. Execute this script in AVPTool:
begin
RegKeyIntParamWrite('HKLM','SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer','NoDriveTypeAutoRun', 221);
RegKeyIntParamWrite('HKCU', 'Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3\', '2201', 3);
DeleteFile('F:\autorun.inf');
ExecuteSysClean;
ExecuteWizard('TSW', 3, 3, true);
ExecuteWizard('SCU', 3, 3, true);
RebootWindows(true);
end.
3. Make new logs.
Hi Aleksandra,
How are you doing? I hope you are fine!
I've just executed the script, but my workstation is still infected;
Please, see the message and the new log that I attached.
Thanks so much!

Aleksandra,
I've just desinstalled the avast anti-virus, and the avira detection message didn't show more.
I think the issue was solved.
What do you think about it?
Please, see the new log.
Thanks and best regards,
Toledoj

This may be a false positive. Your system seems to be clean.
Aleksandra,
Thank you very much for your help!
