Windows Live Messenger makes modem restart!

My modem suddenlly restarts some times, when I'm using Windows Live Messenger, but it's totally random. The modem is a Siemens SpeedStream 5200, and I'm [B]sure[/B] that WLM is causing this, I've tested a lot. Usually, WLM uses about 100% of the CPU before the modem goes down, but I'm not sure if this happens every time the restart occurs.

This problem used to happen every time I closed [B]uTorrent[/B], and I managed to fix this by unchecking the option "Enable UPnP" in the settings.
