ise32 in trash and the ghost floopy driver

Hi,
A few months ago my antivirus detected a virus on my trash, called ise32, and
it seems to infect my RAM. Then a floopy driver appears on " my computer",
but my CPU do not have one. I run the avast antivirus and it finds the ise32 and
I choose to delete the file. But whenever I turn on my computer and start the
windows, a window appears on my desktop asking me to restore the file ise. What can I do to fix it?
