Windows not working properly, right-click option keeps popping up

hey everyone,

I don't know how exactly to describe my problem, but I'll try my best to make it understandable.
first of all, my mouse is not working properly. and I already tried other ones, so it must be something with the computer. furthermore, I had the problem on another computer too and it was because of a virus.
then the right-click menu from the mouse keeps popping up and I can't click anything then. it disappears after a while, but it's still annoying.
and external harddrives are not always working either.
it may not sound like a big problem, but it's still bothering me and I hope you can help me with this.
