Вирусы или ошибки системы
Добрый вечер!
Последнее время компьютер ведет себя неадекватно. Можно было бы закрыть глаза, но выполняя сканирование документа, лазер остановился. У меня есть 2 программы и обе ведут себя одинаково-посредине лазер останавливается. Переустановил драйвер - проблема осталась. Ранее был вирус, который удалил. После него слетела программа "Блокнот". Но сбои продолжаются. Иногда вылетает окно о восстановлении системы после серьезной ошибки. Сайт Майкрософт прислал вот такое сообщение "[B]Corrupted error report[/B]

Когда стараюсь закрыть программу сканирования документов - не закрывается. Появляется в процессах dumprep.exe

Возможно что-нибудь поправить?

Сделал все, как просили. Продолжает высвечивать оповещение об ошибке и просьбе отправить отчет Виндоус. Сканер не работает - зависает и невозможно закрыть. Это, наверное, уже серьезные последствия после вирусов. Жду от Вас комментариев или решения. Спасибо.
