big problem

Unfortunately I have problem when I have installed avz then I have scanned my computer .after that I have seen trojan in D part
so I delete the trojan but unfortunately
the avz program interfere or disagree with kaspersky security 9.0.0463
and the kaspersky become had problem in some security (error)

Did you restart the computer after AVZ scan?

Unfortunately I can't remember

(in exactly)

but after restarted my computer the Kasper had problem (error as the picture above)





then I'v deleted Kasper by( Kasper uninstall tool)





and I'v restarted my computer .



then I'v deleted AVZ program from its root



(any thing in program by tool called RegCleaner)





and restarted my computer again



and I analysed my computer by hijackthis web side and was every thing okay







then I'v installed the Kasper program from start but unfortunately the problem still in my computer
