vproflood

hello there, i got a problem in accessing MY COMPUTER. If i right click My computer the first option is AUTOPLAY. so i could not double click it, as it doecnt work. the next one is in recycle bin , the name is changed as "iaoaaa vproflood" . i tried scanning with lot of antivirus but nothing detected any viruses. someone please help me with this . thanks in advance.
