Trojan.TDSS!IK and Win32:Fasec[Trj]

Hi there,
could you please help me to cure my computer? After running Avast scan it detected Trojan.TDSS!IK and Win32:Fasec. But it can't remove them. Infected files are: ...globalroot\systemroot\system32\uacbxvwhesblx.dll;
c:\\windows\system32\uacinit.dll etc.
I run Kaspersky antivirus, but it looks it didn't detect anything.
