Numerous Type_win32 virus's found

Im using the coporate version of Kaspersky av6 at the company i work for and it has detected numerous copies of the Type_win32 virus/malware and has disinfected some files but wants to quarantine and delete the rest. Ive done a search on google and have found that deleteing the kernel32u.exe file and process is the fix but this cannot be found anywhere on the pc or processes. At the moment the computer is half working i cannot get into some programs because they crash as soon as you click on the run file. I cant get into services or the management console either.

- Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool [URL="http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B315246&x=17&y=6"]cleanmgr[/URL] or [URL="http://www.ccleaner.com/"]CCleaner[/URL] or [URL="http://www.clearprog.de/"]ClearProg[/URL]
- Make a new log file.
- Upload the C:\quarantine.zip over the link [COLOR="Red"][B]Upload quarantined files[/B][/COLOR] on the top of this page.
