Computer Infected - Unable to load Kaspersky Protection

Unable to boot in Safe Mode and perform [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool scan. Initially problem identified when I tried installing Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 (Original Version with authenticated Key). Unable to active the "Enable Protection" option even though the Kaspersky program installed & and also activated properly. Tried all kind of anti-spywares, no success. Still unable to activate the "Enable Protection" in KIS 2009. Unable to copy any files to any USB drives (Error – Drive write-protected). Kindly help. :)
