Possible Rootkit?

i cant seem to open any anti virus, anti malware, or anti spyware software...

anyone have any ideas?

Remove BearShare - it's spyware
Clean hosts file - remove all items after [CODE]127.0.0.1 localhost[/CODE]
Download AVZ-Tool, update database, download Hijackthis, make [B]3 logs[/B] following the rules: [url]http://virusinfo.info/showthread.php?t=9184[/url]
Important: All the tools should be started AS ADMINISTRATOR!!!
