Google Redirect Adware

I'm a first time user of this forum and software, be patient with me. Google (and possibly other search engines) redirect my search result links to mostly unrelated ad sites. Only when I go back and click them a second time is when I am sent to the site intended. This became noticable to me after downloading a keygen torrent. (I forgot what program it was designed for and what site I got it from.) My computer hasn't been running any slower, infact it seems almost unaffected.

- Clean Temp-Maps, Cache of Browsers, Recycler. Use Windows service tool [URL="http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B315246&x=17&y=6"]cleanmgr[/URL] or [URL="http://www.ccleaner.com/"]CCleaner[/URL] or [URL="http://www.clearprog.de/"]ClearProg[/URL]
- Make a new log file.

I'm still getting redirected search results. Here's the newest log.

- Antivirus and and, if you have - Firewall.
- System Restore

- Close all the programs and start only Internet Explorer!!!
- Repeat a log file.
- Switch Antivirus and, if you have - Firewall, on.
- Go On-Line
- Upload the quarantine.zip over the link [COLOR="Red"][B]Upload quarantined files[/B][/COLOR] on the top of this page.
- Attach a log to your new post..

Where would I find the quarantined files? I looked in the "is-U4VBC" folder and there is no "quarantine.zip" folder within it, unless there weren't any.
