I ran these scans before i went out of town. I'm back home, the computer has been shut off since i left.(3-2-09)Thanks for my computer. It's purring like a kitten.:beer: Out of the clear blue, my sons computer would not start (kept shutting it's self off) I finally got a BSOD. I googled the stop codes, found out it was the NTFS.sys file missing.I followed directions from Microsoft forums and ran chkdsk through recovery console with the XP disk, which gave it a chance to stay on long enough. I promptly got started on your scans,cuz that's just weird. The whole NTFS thing. Anxiously awaiting the magic.Thanks again. 8)becausewesayso

Do you really need CashBackAssistantIE ? Try go to add/remove programs and uninstall it.
Did you run a cureit or avptool ?
